Overwhelmed or burned out?
Put a drop of each on the palm of your hand, rub together and breathe in.
When you are feeling mentally stuck and burned out, Bergamot is your oil. Spruce is great for the feelings of overwhelm and being frazzled.
Breathe in those two oils and sit quietly with no distractions. Try to clear than mind.
Do that for a few minutes, then rub your hands on the back of your neck on your chest to get the oil there too.
Now… go write it out, take a walk, take a bath, or read a book and get away from the screens.
