Need medical equipment? Follow these easy steps!
Step 1: Make a List
Write down the equipment you need from your doctor or therapist.
Step 2: Reserve in Advance
Call us ahead of time to book the items you need. We will need your name, address, and phone number, as well as an estimated pickup date.
Step 3: Pick Up the Equipment & Deposit for Some Items
Arrive on or before your pickup date to collect your reserved items. Some equipment requires a $50 deposit (listed below). You can get this money back as long as you return the items within the six month loan time frame.
Step 4: Take Your Items Home & Return Within 6 Months
From the day you borrow the equipment, you can use the borrowed items for up to six months. This should give you enough time to either sort things out with your insurance or find another resource to permanently cover your needs.
Bath chairs, bath benches, bed canes, bedside tables, canes, commodes, crutches, rollators, toilet frames, toilet risers, walkers, wheelchairs, and knee walkers are all loaned out for six months at a time at no cost. A $50 deposit is required at checkout for hospital beds.
