Diane traveled all the way from Alaska to recover with us at The Orchards.
Her son, a physician at St. Luke’s, heard about The Orchards via word of mouth. After some research, they thought it was the best fit for her recovery.
💙 Exceptional Care Every Step of the Way
Diane shared that the therapy team helped her regain confidence and strength:
• Supporting her with safe walking
• Helping her build comfort and mobility
• Providing exercises to continue at home
• Offering thoughtful, consistent care as she prepared for discharge
When asked about her favorite part of staying at The Orchards, Diane didn’t hesitate: “THE PEOPLE! Everybody was always so helpful. No one ever seemed resentful of small requests or extra questions. Everyone was so amazing.”
She went out of her way to recognize many of the staff who made an impact: Emily, Nichole, Gracie, Kaitlyn, Angie, Jane, the housekeeping team, nutrition staff, and the entire rehab team.
⭐ A Community That Cares
Diane said she had to think very hard to find anything to complain about—because her experience was overwhelmingly positive. She expressed deep gratitude for how kind every single person was who entered her room.
Most importantly, she shared that she plans to spread the word about how wonderful her stay was and how impressed she was with The Orchards.
