Walking into the tannery is like stepping back in time. A few things have been updated to improve the quality and consistency of our leathers, but the heart of the process is the same 145 years later.

This seemingly nondescript table is one of the most important stations in the tannery. This is the White Table. It’s where our beam-house team determines what becomes skirting and what becomes strap. After that decision is made, sides are washed in the bate paddles and prepped for their trip to the rocker yard where they will see their first tannins.

A great big shout out to Ki Allen for the great clinic this past weekend. Thank you also to Dora Dawson and Amy Yarber for their hard work in the background helping put this clinic on.
The saddle drawing was a success, giving Ron McLaughlin's school at nice donation.

It was great meeting so many people that had only been a text or call previously. Thank you so much for sharing the 1000 clinic weekend with you.
