In July 2025, we welcomed Mike Jensen as our new Director of Philanthropy. From day one, Mike brought a clear vision and a deep respect for the mission that guides our work.

What drew Mike to the Foundation was simple and powerful: the mission and the vision. Since joining the team, he’s focused on building real relationships and growing support for our work, already helping set the Foundation and NFJC up for long-term success. 

Beyond his professional strengths, Mike is known throughout the Foundation and Center as kind, humble, and always willing to lend a hand, no matter the task. He finds joy in time with family, trips to Disneyland, golfing, cheering on the New York Yankees, and rooting for the Las Vegas Raiders.

We are so grateful to have him on our team.

As we step into 2026, we want to say thank you for helping us end the year on such a meaningful note through the Avenues for Hope Housing Challenge.

Because of your generosity-through sharing, giving, and cheering us on, we estimate that we raised $15,000, including matches and prizes. Final totals will be shared next week.

Your support helps provide safe housing, emergency stays, and stability for survivors in our community.

⭐ Double Your Impact: A single $500 donation made before 8:00 a.m. on December 31 will be matched and turned into $1,000 to support survivors. (This match can be claimed once.)

⭐ Last Donor Standing: The organization that receives the final online gift of $25 or more before 11:59 p.m. on December 31 will win $500.

⭐ Local Supporter Prize: Thanks to a generous donor, make an online gift of $25 or more on December 30 or 31 for a chance to win a $100 gift card to Nick’s Italian Ristorante in Meridian. The winner will be contacted on January 2.
