One of my biggest prayers in building this company was that God would send the right people, people with integrity, heart, and genuine care for others. He answered that prayer with Karissa.

Karissa has been such a gift to our team. She is personable, full of life, and the kind of person who keeps spirits up even on hard days! The joy of the Lord shines through her, and she has helped me tremendously by carrying so much responsibility so well.

Karissa has gone through intensive training in how we operate, client communication, leadership, and helping protect the culture we are building here. Leading people is not always easy, and learning how to hold standards while caring deeply for others takes maturity. She has handled it all incredibly well!! And working with me isn’t always easy because I can be very blunt.

We are SO excited to officially publically congratulate Karissa on her promotion to Team Leader. This comes with a nice pay raise and bonus, and a company gas card because we know these gas prices suck 🤪 But it also comes with a lot more responsibility… however we know Karissa can handle it.

I am incredibly grateful for her and for the entire team we are building. We truly could not do this without people like her. We love you, Karissa, and are so thankful you are here!

We understand the level of care, energy, and consistency required to maintain beautiful homes well, because we do the work ourselves every day. While there is pride in independent work, there is also something SO special about having trusted support alongside you. I love working with our small team!

As our company continues to grow, so does the number of families reaching out to us for service and at this stage, we simply cannot accommodate every opportunity that comes our way.

With two members of our team facing upcoming blackout dates, we are open to connecting with an experienced cleaner who may be interested in collaborating with us during this time.

This may be an ideal fit for someone who wants:
• consistent supplemental work
• supplied jobs
• working alongside a team rather than carrying every detail alone
• maintaining their own clientele while adding carefully selected opportunities

Location: Southeast and Central Ky. Based in Somerset, KY.

We are not actively seeking a subcontractor arrangement, but rather someone whose standards naturally align with ours and who may appreciate becoming trusted extra hands when needed.

For the right person, should the relationship develop organically, future conversations around employment or even the acquisition of an existing business would not be off the table.

A non-solicitation agreement is required.

This weekend our owner, Anna, celebrates Christian Passover with family 🙏✨ which means the only bunnies on our minds are the ones on her farm AND of course the dust bunnies! 🐰🧹
