We are deeply touched to share that our local fire company is hosting a fundraising dinner to support Michael Crawford, a beloved patient who is courageously battling cancer.

Michael is not only a devoted father to 14 beautiful children—but he and his entire family have been part of our practice for years. It’s truly a joy every time they walk through our doors. Their kindness, strength, and warmth are felt by every member of our team.

Let’s show up for a family who brings so much light to others.

As some of you may have already heard... our neighbor, dear friend, and retired firefighter Michael Crawford was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer.

In an effort to help ease any financial worries, we are planning a rigatoni and meatball fundraiser at the Hunlock Creek Fire Hall on Sunday, August 31st from 1:00 - 6:00pm.

In addition to the dinner, we will also be having a 50/50 drawing, basket raffle, and bake sale!!

A four generation apiary in the Back Mountain made its mark in the wholesale honey market for years. On this month's Eye on the Wyoming Valley, we learn the fascinating transition to retail lead by energetic entrepreneur Hannah at The Beekeeper's Daughter in Plains. Using the family's flavorful raw honey, this storefront has created a location full of honey themed products including hand bottled selections, honeycomb, soda and bee themed items.
