Bruising after Tox is totally normal and common, even with the most precise technique!

Tiny blood vessels live just under the skin, and sometimes they get nicked during treatment.

✨ To minimize bruising:
🚫 Avoid alcohol, fish oil, and NSAIDs 24–48 hours before your appointment
🚫 Skip the gym right after treatment
✅ Apply a cold compress if needed
✅ Use Arnica gel to help speed up healing

Most bruises fade within a few days and your glow will be worth the wait! 💫
