⚡️Friday FEELINGS⚡️
Before I dip off into the long weekend, with no real set plans, except a long run, rest days, sunshine, swims, food, and just possibly some good cocktails, I want to just throw out a little reminder…⬇️
This space can get REAL noisy…There is so much being thrown at us daily as to HOW to eat; HOW much damn protein to eat; what NOT to eat; HOW to workout; when NOT to workout; HOW to heal; HOW to do this and that and this and that…It doesn’t end! Sometimes I want to pull my own hair out, because it can get overwhelming for me too!🤦🏼♀️
When it comes to food, fitness, health, self-care, do YOU! Listen to your heart, your voice, and do what makes YOU happy! Disconnect, soak up the sunshine, eat a good meal, hug a loved one, and live your life! Social Media can be a great resource, but it also can lead you down a dark hole!💀
On this holiday weekend…don’t go down that hole!💙
