I will be away for the month of January so my schedule is now open to book appointments in February at both locations!
I’m taking a little sabbatical to travel to exotic lands (aka ride motorcycles in Thailand and explore Southeast Asia). I’m also making a big change in March that will allow me to see a lot more patients each week at my Rockland office. Stay tuned for details!
Contrary to the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, we should all be taking some time to rest, reflect and reset during this time of year (I know it’s hard to do that but every little bit counts). There’s a reason why days are shorter and nights are longer in the Winter…it’s nature’s way of saying, “rest”.
Happy holidays everyone!

I know most of you won’t watch this 2 minute video so, TL;DR moxibustion for the win.
Moxibustion is a form of plant derived infrared heat therapy 🌱🔥
If you are my patient and I tell you I’m going to set you on fire, I am referring to moxibustion 😜
I use moxibustion + acupuncture for a variety of conditions including arthritis, tendinitis, swelling, bruising, nerve pain, digestion, cystic acne, and to turn breech babies, just to name a few.
In this video I am discussing two cases from this week where I used moxibustion. In one case I used it to help turn a breech baby. In the second case I used it for tendinitis of the knee.
This is such a simple, natural yet powerful medicine!
Awesome personal training session with my girl Marisol!!! Reach out to her @movemassage for personal training, corrective exercise and therapeutic sports massage. She is an amazing woman with a ❤️ of gold. (Don’t wait, she books up fast!)
