Standing on MY SOAPBOX for a moment:
First congrats to the teachers, students and parents for another great school year. This is a message to all the parents and teens older than 14 at Clarkstown Peds:
The one thing that consistently has been helpful for my mental health, improved my physical strength and allowed me to be more productive with my own family has been Orangetheory classes. The community of coaches and other classmates makes everyone there, no matter your size or ability, feel empowered.
Please consider joining this summer, especially with a teen who may be struggling to start an exercise routine, and give my name for a discount!
For the cost of two less dinners out or an unneeded new bag or pair of shoes, you can do something you’ll not regret.
