Becoming a licensed clinician is a major milestone that reflects years of dedication, compassion, and hard work. After completing a master’s degree in counseling or social work, therapists must accrue 3,000 clinical hours and pass two licensing exams (all while life is still happening)—and Shannon did it! 👏

We are so proud of her and grateful to have her on the NPS team. Shannon is a grounded, thoughtful, and deeply caring therapist, and we know she will continue to make such a meaningful impact with her clients. 💛
