🌶️ We spiced up the week with our first-ever Chili Cook-Off! 🌶️ Six of our directors and managers traded their day-to-day roles for aprons and secret recipes, serving up delicious chili for our community to enjoy. With western-themed fun, great food, and live music from local favorite Passin’ Thru, the event was an afternoon full of flavor, fun, and friendly competition!

Justin joins our community with a strong background in senior living and hospitality, bringing a commitment to thoughtful service, collaboration, and creating meaningful day‑to‑day experiences for residents. Most recently, he served as Assistant Executive Director at a community in Berkeley, where he partnered closely with residents, families, and staff to support high‑quality care and seamless operations.

A proud Napa local, Justin lives in the area with his wife and their five‑year‑old son. He values family, community, and genuine connection—qualities that shine through in the way he supports both residents and team members.
