Meet "Daughters 4 Dads" We are sisters from Napa, California on a mission to bring awareness to prostate cancer. Our motivation stems from 3 important men in our family; our Grandfather, Father and Uncle. All three men were diagnosed with prostate cancer at young ages and the disease has taken our grandfather's life and took our father, Mark Memmott on father's day 2014. Deciding that we needed to bring more awareness to this disease, in 2013 we started the "Blue Ribbon Run." In 2014 we joined forces with ZERO- The End of Prostate Cancer, to be part of their national run walk series. We are now a part of a larger movement to end prostate cancer on a national level bringing awareness, education, national patient programs and advocacy towards research and cures. Adventist Health St. Helena Hospital is the local beneficiary of this event and is also the local partner. They are committed to the cause and are collaborating with Daughters 4 Dads to host this event to honor their patients battling prostate
cancer and to bring the latest treatment technology to the Martin-O’Neil Cancer
Center located in St. Helena, California. To date we have given over $100,000 in the form of grants to the Martin O'Neil Cancer Center, making a big difference in our community. Our 2023 race is taking place on Saturday, September 16th at 8am. We start/finish at the Napa Valley College's track and field area. 2025 ZERO Run/Walk: Survivors, loved ones, friends, supporters, and the medical community came out in full force to celebrate survivors, recognize caregivers, and honor those no longer with us. So much gratitude goes out to the 2025 Run/Walk Local Committee, who gave their time, talents, and energy to ensure this time-honored tradition continues! To the volunteers, this couldn’t have happened without your determination and drive! To the survivors, caregivers, loved ones, family, and friends, continue on and know you’ve got this! To the National Sponsors, thank you for your endless dedication to ending prostate cancer! To the local medical community and sponsors, thank you for always being the first in line to support this cause! See you all next year!

Napa Valley! This Saturday, September 13th will be our Napa Valley run/walk!
If you have not registered yet, please do so! Registration closes online, 24 hours before the run/walk. If you miss the online registration, you can register in person the morning of the event at 7:45am.

Please note: this years event is at KENNEDY PARK on Streblow drive (NEW EVENT SITE THIS YEAR!)

Napa Valley! We are looking for volunteers to help us at an event, the morning of Saturday September 13th. At Kennedy park in Napa (off of Streblow drive, near NV College. If you are able to volunteer, we would love to talk to you! Please message us on Facebook!

All abilities welcome from: helping at the registration table, set up & take down (assisting with tables and chairs), handing out event shirts…. And for you artistic teenagers and adults we are looking for Face painters! We are also in need of parking assistants, as this year the event is in a new location!

🚨 We need your help! 🏛 This Tuesday, March 11, 2025, Congress will begin votes on a continuing resolution that includes a devastating 57% cut to the Department of Defense’s Congressionally Directed Medical Research Program. The Prostate Cancer Research Program has been instrumental in developing most of the cutting-edge treatments our community relies on today. These massive proposed cuts would severely jeopardize the future of prostate cancer research.
