So much more like new years day to me, this auspicious day marks the true turning of the tides! 

Being the shortest day and longest night of the year we take pause and honor the necessary darkness in our lives: the stillness, the shadow work, hibernation, incubation, the brewing... 

In the same breath we celebrate the birth of the light, knowing that the days will lengthen from here. We welcome the clarity and inspiration the light brings, and set intentions for the new season, new year, and new chapter.

We have so much more to share in the new year! The light is bursting through the cracks!

⭐️ FABULOUS FRIDAY MÉLANGE ⭐️
Looking for a delicious zero proof option to serve at your Solstice or holiday party?

Or maybe you'd like to come prepared with your own non-alc cocktails when you make the holiday rounds.

Introducing the...

NA SOLSTICE SANGRIA 🌲🍒⭐️
(Think classic punch bowl style)
35 tsp (or 6 oz.) of Free Spirit Elixir
32 oz. organic, unsweetened cranberry juice
12.5 oz. organic, unsweetened tart cherry juice
24 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
8 oz. coconut sugar simple syrup
100 oz. sparkling mineral water (about 3 lg. bottles)

Makes about thirty-five 5 ounce drinks. Modify as needed.

As mentioned it can be served in a punch bowl or a self-serve drink dispenser with a float of fresh fruit, bottled individually as gifts or for each of the gatherings you're attending, or simply nestled in a warm blanket on a winter night.

In addition to the numerous health benefits that the Free Spirit Elixir is gifting you (WAY too many to mention here ; ) the tart cherry juice is known for its anti-inflammatory perks and the unsweetened cranberry juice is an OG when it comes to cardiovascular, digestive, urinary tract, amd immune system support!

NOW THAT'S HOLISTIC MIXOLOGY! 💫

We often prefer using coconut sugar for our simple syrups because it's more nutritive and lower glycemic than refined white sugar.

To make it happen add 1 cup organic coconut sugar and 1 cup filtered water to a saucepan and simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stir to make sure sugar dissolves completely. Turn off the heat and let cool. Put syrup into an airtight container and keep for up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Low on time? Substitute a pre-made organic simple syrup this time.

The drop in temperature has us cravin' something warm in the evenings and an NA Free Spirit Elixir take on the classic hot toddy satisfies all the feels!

FREE SPIRITED HOT TODDY

Simply put the kettle on, add 1-2 teaspoons of FREE SPIRIT ELIXIR and the juice of a 1/4 of a lemon to your favorite mug, and top with hot water. Stir and serve with a cinnamon stick!

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! 🍋

The coconut palm glycerin in the Free Spirit Elixir acts as the sweetener so that makes it a low glycemic version to boot!

Variations include adding fresh or powdered ginger, a touch of apple cider, a clove studded orange peel, or a quality bourbon alternative. One of our favorites is Kentucky 74 👍🏼

Overflowing with gratitude today! 💫

After years of providing Free Spirit Elixir to our community IT'S FINALLY RECEIVED THE GLOW-UP IT DESERVES! 🌟

Like any true grassroots, herbalist-formulated creation Free Spirit Elixir was born in our kitchen after decades of creating custom, alcohol-free, botanical "cocktail" recipes for our clients. Because let's be honest: ADULTING IS JUST PLAIN HARD, and we were on a mission to offer reliable stress relief in a delicious format that could also build physical and emotional resilience over time! (If it sounds like magic, it is!)

With no employees, investors, or start up funds we've bootstrapped this passion project from the ground up, tirelessly nurturing it's organic growth every step of the way! AND YOU SHOWED UP FOR IT! It's warmed our hearts that it's been met with such enthusiasm over the years!

We're proud to say that Free Spirit Elixir is now available in multiple likeminded small businesses on a similar mission to meet their communities' needs! We had a fabulous time at Juniper Station in Napa yesterday! 💫

CLEAN SWAP WORKSHOP was a hit! I had some super rich conversations about the foundations of hormonal wellness, how hormones depict numerous aspects of our health (man, woman, and child), and simple swaps that can be made when it comes to household cleaning and personal care products to protect our families' collective hormonal harmony!

The fall inspired zero proof cocktails were a flowin'! 🌿🥂💫

The beautiful produce and flowers from was abundant! 💐

The indulgent treats from looked amazing! 🍪

And Jess & Kristina of were the hostesses with the mostesses are usual! Thank you for bringing us all together! ⭐️
