I've Missed You, I've Missed Massage...
..And I'm so happy to announce that life has brought me back to practicing what I love most.

As we all know, the past year and a half has been challenging and stressful in various ways for all, especially with mental health, to say the least. Now more than ever it's very important to care for yourself and your body. Personally, I dealt with depression as I was forced to close my practice and become a stay at home mom to my three children- complete chaos!
Never the less, I learned so much and I am grateful for the time I got to spend with them.

And I'm SO ready and excited to be back!
