Fighting the good fight. Many of you may not know this but right now the Democratically controlled legislature has given the agencies this run this state cart blanch to remove your rights. Case in Point. Methylcobalamine, vitamin B12 form is illegal in the State of California ! So is Glutathione, NAD+ and other supplements. Why because the board of compounding pharmacies under the recommendations of the FDA has made them illegal. (Why should you care?) Well 1:2 males in California will have cancer in their lifetime. That means you could require chemo or radiation or both along with surgery. And 33% of the population has a gene MTHFR which makes it difficult to absorb specific vitamins like B12 and Folate. So the absorbable forms are now illegal! If you are really sick during your treatment or just not feeling well and want to get an IV to help you feel better it's illegal to use those compounds. Any facility that is doing it is violating the state law and could be arrested as a Felon! You will have to leave this state in order to gain access to it with out violating the law. I have taken it upon myself to being a campaign with our elected officials to fight this injustice! Remember You will need this type of therapy at some point and you CANT get it here! Its Illegal! These aren't drugs these are vitamins and supplements some of which have been around for over one hundred Years! There is no valid reason other than a Power Grab to with hold this. The State Agency is violating its mission, it is with holding therapy that has been deemed safe if only to prove how absurd our bureaucrats are! Please Pass this along! I may be creating a specific page for this because as it appears now there is further legislation that may completely limit all supplements including protein powder, and anything for "weight loss" to minor would be by prescription only! Yes, prescription ! If there are any volunteers it's most likely we will need a Go FundMe campaign to look into hiring a lobbyist and press release through out California! For those that don't understand health care providers are leaving this state. The laws are so cumbersome and restrictive it's extremely difficult to practice!
