Our brand new updated website is live, and we couldn’t be more excited to share it with you!

Huge thank you to Colleen at CLCreative.com for bringing this vision to life. The new site makes it easier to explore our programs, stay connected, and really see the heart of what we do at Napa Valley Support Services.

Spring is in the air! Come join NVSS at Brown Street Gallery's Spring Art Reception, Friday April 17th from 5:00pm - 7:00pm, member preview at 4:30pm. That’s a wrap on the 12th Annual Working Works Conference — and what a success it was!

The energy in the room, the stories shared, and the meaningful resources exchanged made this our most impactful conference yet. We’re so grateful to Redwood Credit Union Devlin Rd., Napa Branch for graciously hosting and supporting this important work in your beautiful community space.

This conference is a 12 year tradition and a reflection of a dedicated, community-minded committee, led by the incredible Dr. Sherry Tennyson, who brought passion and commitment to life in a powerful way.

A special thank you to Leadership Napa Valley for spotlighting their practicum work focused on inclusive hiring in Napa County. The class 38 team is actively engaging employers, gathering real data, and having honest conversations about what it takes to build more inclusive workplaces. The early insights they shared were thoughtful, candid, and inspiring—and we’re excited to see and share their inclusive hiring toolkit when it’s complete.

From powerful speakers to valuable community resources, this event showcased what’s possible when we come together with purpose.

As Dr. Tennyson reminded us in her closing remarks:

We’ve officially finished filming our new NVSS marketing video and we are so excited to share it with you soon.

Huge thank you to Robert Nations, Emmy Bennett, and Jeannie Smith for their heartfelt interviews—you truly captured the spirit of our mission. Special Thanks also to our Videographer Sean Pettis for putting it all together.
