Good morning, beautiful ladies. ☀️

One of my favorite parts of the morning is sitting in the quiet before the day begins. A warm cup of coffee in my hands, a few moments to read, reflect, pray, and just breathe before the busyness starts.

This morning the storms were loud. The rain was pouring down so hard you could hear it beating against the windows. It felt heavy and gray outside.

But as I sat there watching the rain fall, something beautiful happened… a soft sunrise started to break through the clouds. Even in the middle of the storm, the light found its way through.

And it just made me pause and think.

So often in life we go through storms of our own. Hard seasons. Moments where things feel uncertain, heavy, or overwhelming. Seasons where we wonder if the clouds will ever lift.

But this morning felt like a gentle reminder: the sun still rises, even in the middle of the storm.

No matter what season you may be walking through right now, I want to encourage you to stay steady. Keep showing up. Keep trusting. Keep believing.

Because the rain will pass.
The clouds will part.
And the sun will come out again.

If today feels heavy for you, just know you’re not alone. Better days are coming. 🤍

Today was one of those non-stop days… meetings, calls, running kids around, squeezing in a workout, and realizing around dinner time that I barely sat down. 😅

By the end of days like this, I’ve learned something important: sometimes the best thing you can do is sneak away for a few quiet minutes.

For me tonight, that looked like a hot bath, a little silence, and pretending no one in my house knows where I am for about 15 minutes. 🛁✨

It’s amazing what a few peaceful minutes can do to reset your mind and body.

Today we celebrate International Women’s Day — a day to honor the strength, resilience, and impact of women everywhere. 💜

Women carry so much. We lead, nurture, build careers, support families, pursue dreams, and often put everyone else first. But today is also a reminder that your well-being matters too.

Our retreats are designed to give women that space — a place to breathe deeply, laugh freely, heal gently, and remember who they are beyond their responsibilities.

Here’s to the women who keep showing up, rising up, and lifting others along the way.

A quiet weekend tucked away in the Kentucky hills where you can slow down, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and simply be still.

Sometimes what’s exhausting us isn’t our schedule — it’s our nervous system.

As women, we often:
