Are you tired of dealing with nagging knee pain that just won't go away? Say hello to relief with these three amazing stretches that target the root causes of discomfort and promote flexibility and strength in your knees! Whether you're an athlete, fitness enthusiast, or simply someone looking to enjoy life without the limitations of knee pain, these stretches are for you.

1๏ธโƒฃ Quad Stretch: Tight quadriceps muscles can often contribute to knee pain. To combat this, try the quad stretch. Stand tall, bend one knee, and bring your heel towards your buttocks. Hold onto a support for balance if needed. Feel the gentle stretch in the front of your thigh. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch legs. Repeat 2-3 times on each side to alleviate tension and promote flexibility in your quads.

2๏ธโƒฃ Hamstring Stretch: Tight hamstrings can also be a culprit behind knee discomfort. Sit on the floor with one leg extended straight in front of you and the other bent so that the sole of your foot rests against your inner thigh. Lean forward from your hips, reaching towards your toes while keeping your back straight. You should feel a stretch in the back of your thigh. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch legs. Repeat 2-3 times on each side to help ease tension and improve flexibility in your hamstrings.

3๏ธโƒฃ IT Band Stretch: The iliotibial (IT) band runs along the outside of your thigh and can often become tight, leading to knee pain. To stretch it out, stand tall with one leg crossed behind the other. Lean your torso towards the side of the crossed leg while reaching overhead with the arm on the same side. You should feel a stretch along the outer thigh and hip. Hold for 15-30 seconds and switch sides. Repeat 2-3 times on each side to release tension in the IT band and promote better knee function.
