Your anger is sacred.
Anger is your sign to take your power back.
Your anger is protection.
Your anger is self defense.
Your anger is motivation.
Your anger is your awareness that you are a divine being of worth and of value.
Anger is valuable.
Anger isn't bad. It is a part of the spectrum of human emotions that serve our evolution.
Anger let's us know when we are being disrespected and gives us awareness to what our boundaries are.
Honor it.
Thank it.
Do not be ashamed.
Love it.
Use it constructively.
Use it as fuel to dream bigger.
