I hope these holiday weeks are kind to your soul.

New resolution? Take it ONE DAY at a time!

Instead of trying to change overnight, try it like how we use the Reiki Precepts, say "Just for Today..."

Allow mistakes, but each new day say "just for today, I will ______" (fill in your blank). Change takes time & forgiveness.
