Get a foam roller, lay flat over it.
Making sure the foam roller is in the area you’re feeling discomfort.
You can roll it out or simply lie there for 39 seconds.
Then slowly sit up, stretch and move around.
Repeat 2-3 times!

Wall Angels✨

This simple movement can help improve your posture, increase your shoulder mobility and health, reduces back pain, and helps those who sit at a desk all day!

To perform this stretch:
-stand with your back, shoulders, arms, and head, flat against a wall
-bring your arms to shoulder height, with elbows at a 90 degree angle, maintaining them flat against the wall
-now slowly do a snow angel against the wall, bringing your arms up and down. Still pressing against the wall
-complete 3 sets of 10

This can be easily done before getting out of bed, making it a great way to start body movement and set you up for success for the rest of the day!

Supine Knee Side to Sideđź’Ş
Lying flat on your back, bend your knees about 90 degree angle and slowly let your knees fall to the surface. Moving them to each side to get that stretch, make sure to do this at least 8 times on each side!
