This easy stretch can help any tightness you feel from your shoulders to your low back!đź’Ş
BALL ROLL OUT!
You will slowly move down and hold your stretch for a few seconds, then slowly roll back up and go to the other side. Do each side 5 times!
For those sitting at a desk all day or even standing, this is perfect for you.
Try this at home if you have a large ball to use, or stop by our clinic to get a good stretch in!
