Clinician Spotlight: Kate Waller ✨

Kate supports adults navigating anxiety, relationships, and life transitions, helping them quiet the outside noise and reconnect with their sense of self. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care with a focus on building self-trust, boundaries, and lasting change.

Her goal? That you leave therapy knowing: you’re not flawed. You already have what you need within you. 💛

Burnout isn’t just being tired. It’s chronic stress without enough time to recover. Over time it can affect mood, focus, motivation, and emotional connection to the things you care about.

You don’t have to reach a breaking point to deserve support. Rest, boundaries, and professional help can make a difference.

If you’ve been feeling more tired, unmotivated, or emotionally drained lately, you’re not alone.

February can feel especially heavy — with shorter days, limited sunlight, disrupted routines, and the cumulative stress of winter all taking a toll on our energy and mood. Recognizing these seasonal shifts can help us respond with more compassion and support for ourselves.

Small steps, connection, and support can make a meaningful difference during this time of year.

Mental health and social justice are deeply connected. Access to care, safety, inclusion, and equity all shape how individuals and communities are able to heal and thrive.

On World Day of Social Justice, we reaffirm our commitment to providing inclusive, culturally informed, and accessible mental health care, and to supporting the wellbeing of all members of our community. Healing is both personal and collective.

A small act of kindness can make a bigger impact than we realize: for others and for ourselves.

On Random Acts of Kindness Day, consider one small way you can brighten someone’s day: a kind message, a patient moment, a thoughtful gesture, or simply offering understanding. Kindness helps strengthen connection and reminds us we’re not alone.

In honor of National Marriage Week, our Associate Marriage & Family Therapist, Katelyn Sevatson, AMFT, shares small communication shifts that can make a meaningful difference in relationships.

Healthy relationships aren’t built on perfection — they’re built on curiosity, communication, and intentional care. Even small changes in how we listen, express needs, and support one another can strengthen connection over time.

If you’re looking to build stronger communication and connection in your relationship, support is available.

International Boost Self-Esteem Month reminds us that the way we speak to ourselves matters.

Our inner voice can be our harshest critic. But with awareness and practice, we can begin shifting toward a voice that is more compassionate, supportive, and realistic. Small changes in self-talk can make a meaningful difference in how we move through our days.
If you notice your inner dialogue feeling heavy or critical, you’re not alone — and support is available when you need it. 🤍
