Part-Time Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Join a Creative & Supportive Team!
Location: Naperville, IL
Schedule: Part-time, 1+ day(s)/week (with opportunity to grow caseload)
Are you a passionate, creative Occupational Therapist who loves to play, problem-solve, and empower children to thrive in their daily lives? Darling Pediatric Therapy is seeking a part-time OT who enjoys working in a collaborative, imaginative, and supportive environment. Perfect for a school-based OT seeking extra hours, or a therapist in another setting who’s excited to grow their pediatric experience in a fun, collaborative environment.
At Darling Pediatric Therapy, our experienced team provides speech, feeding, and occupational therapy services to children of all ages. We create individualized treatment plans that leverage each child’s strengths and interests, with a focus on building functional life skills that foster independence and self-advocacy at home, school, and in the community.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at our practice in Naperville. This is an exciting opportunity for a therapist who enjoys collaboration, values creativity, and wants to make a meaningful difference.
What We’re Looking For:
A licensed Occupational Therapist (Illinois)
*Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred)
*Strong communication and collaboration skills
*Passion for helping children grow through play and functional activities
*Availability to work at least 1 weekday after school hours and *Saturday mornings weekly, with option to increase hours

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $51.00 - $54.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
