We are excited to invite you to our PRE-Ramadan REVIVAL Event at Masjid Al Hilal (ICN Ogden)! This special event will help us spiritually prepare for Ramadan while focusing on practical tips for a healthy, mindful, and fulfilling fasting experience.

Cooking Demo: Learn delicious and nutritious Suhoor and Iftar ideas to nourish your body during Ramadan.

Talk on Mindfulness & Mental Health: Gain valuable insights on how to manage stress, stay spiritually grounded, and enhance your mental well-being during the blessed month.
