2. Balance your plates: It’s okay to enjoy your favorite holiday treats! All of them, no matter our culture, are delicious. Try to balance them with vegetables, salads, or fruits.
3. Practice Mindful Eating: Savor each bite and listen to your body’s hunger cues.
4. Stay Hydrated: It’s easy to forget to drink water amidst all the holiday festivities, but staying hydrated is key to feeling energized and maintaining overall health. Aim for 8 cups of water per day.

Some benefits of seasonal produce are:
- More nutrient-dense
- Better taste and quality
- More affordable

If you can’t buy them fresh, you can buy some frozen. They still have the same amount of nutrients or even more.
