Are you getting enough? ACSM and CDC recommend 150 minutes of moderate intensity aerobic activity every week. That's 30 minutes 5 days per week.

Save some time. Go for vigorous cardio and you only need to do 20 minutes 3 days per week.

Strength training should be done 2 or more days per week and training sessions should work all major muscle groups.
