PremierCare provides home and community based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our staff works closely with you and are highly experienced & trained in offering a unique “outside of the box” approach to services to ensure maximum use of your funding. Our goal is to customize programs for our clients based on various ongoing assessments to meet each client’s current skills, needs, interests, preferences and environments.
