CANCELLATION POLICY
Hey we get it, life has a way of throwing a wrench into our daily plans. If for whatever reason you are unable to make your appointment, please cancel the day before your appointment. This can be done by either contacting us directly at (815) 529-2175 or by logging into your account and canceling there. If canceled the day of, a fee maybe be asked of you to be paid immediately or upon your next visit. Fee is calculated based on appointment amount and number of times of prior cancellations.
