Good Therapy Counseling in Naperville is seeking a part-time Intake Coordinator to support our growing practice.

This role involves answering incoming calls and assisting our Director of Intake with administrative tasks.

This is a remote/work-from-home position, with quarterly in-person meetings in Naperville.

Position Requirements:
• Availability for 15 hours per week
• A quiet, private workspace suitable for confidential calls
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfort working independently in a virtual setting
• Interest in mental health or healthcare administration preferred
