We are excited to announce that our secure patient portal is officially open for patients of Dr. Balmir and Dr. Jacobs.
✅This new tool connects you directly with your nursing team through secure two-way messaging.
✅Faster, more efficient communication about your care
✅ When sending a message, select the appropriate group from the drop-down menu so your message goes directly to the right care team.
🔹 Dr. Balmir’s patients → “Dr. Balmir patients A-Z”
🔹 Dr. Jacobs’ patients → “Dr. Jacobs' patients: A - Z”
⚠️ Important for Dr. Miller’s IVF patients⚠️
🔹The portal will open to all IVF patients of Dr. Miller within the next 60 days.
🔹Because of his large patient volume, we are starting with smaller groups first to ensure a smooth transition.
🔹For now, please continue contacting your team as usual. Later you will be assigned to an alphabetical group to connect with your nursing care team.
Please note our gynecologic and surgical patients still need to call the office. We do not yet have a portal for patients of Drs. Sasaki and McKenna.
