To be clear, Sugar causes cardiovascular disease!
If you are looking to improve your health, eating a whole foods diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruit (with their fiber to mitigate absorption of natural sugar and decrease insulin spikes,) makes a lot of sense. So does eating lean humanely raised livestock (not CAFO beef & chicken or farm raised fish.) choose wisely what you put on the end of your fork, your genetic expression depends on it.
