This transformation deserves its own post. Kristen is not afraid of setting goals and achieving them. As an endurance athlete training for long runs - her focus was not on building muscle. Many woman do not realize the importance of this. Her can do attitude helped her transition from a cardio driven program to one of strength. Fueling the body properly for the activity and goals and not just burning through your resources and playing catch up. Watching so many achieve goals - on all levels - through years of consistency, time & attention. It is inspiring to see.
