As a pediatric and prenatal-focused chiropractic office, LHW absolutely loves supporting families throughout their individual health journeys. Their mission is to maximize the quality of life of babies, children, and their parents through chiropractic care and to empower families to take control of their health proactively. They have observed and witnessed the increasingly negative effects of stress during the prenatal and birthing stages. LHW utilizes quick, non-invasive scanning technology to actually see where stress is stuck and how it affects neurodevelopment and quality of life. They pride themselves on being a resource and information hub in the prenatal and pediatric community—from co-caring with other providers in the area to giving the best customized care for mothers and their child(ren).

“He looked at me, scratched his bleeding skin, and said, ‘Mama itchy?’” 😢
That was this mom’s breaking point. Her 1-year-old could barely eat without breaking out in hives, vomiting, or scratching his skin raw from eczema. After an allergy test, it looked like he was allergic to everything. 🫣
“I tried so many creams. Detox baths. Elimination diets. But nothing fixed it. His pediatrician kept saying, ‘some kids just get eczema’—but that wasn’t good enough for me.”

“Our entire family was dealing with significant neurologic struggles…” 😣
Chronic daily headaches. Dysautonomia. Night terrors. Meltdowns. Anxiety. Poor coordination.
“For myself and our youngest, Adley, the NS symptoms were severe. After a traumatic birth and developing long-haul COVID, my daily headaches were debilitating. For Adley, she began to experience apnea, significant GERD, and hypotonia at 1.5 months old. Our entire lives were dominated by nervous system dysregulation.” 😭
They tried everything.
“We sought out all avenues of traditional and non-traditional medicine—multiple specialists, procedures, surgeries, and therapies. We explored PT, NUCCA, rolfing, acupuncture, supplements, elimination diets… We were willing to do and try anything.”

Theadora is thriving! What started as care for her head/palate shape turned into so many benefits her parents weren't expecting! All the credit goes to Mom and Dad for taking action to set her up for a healthy and happy future. Hear the journey through their eyes! 🤩
“Theadora had jammed sutures from her very quick birth which was indicated by a higher left pallet during her first wellness check. It affected her latch which made it harder for her to get adequate nutrition. I really wanted to have a successful nursing journey with her and wanted to do everything we could to help us get there. It was also very painful to nurse.
It was very frustrating because I thought I was doing something wrong and I felt helpless. I was so worried that I wasn't getting her what she needed. Honestly, I did a lot of googling which was a nightmare.”
But, their late-night Google searches paid off big time when they found Neurologically-Focused Pediatric Chiropractic. 🙏
She said, “When I was shown Theadora's neurological scans, at first I was worried because it looked serious! But then I felt good about what we were doing because I trusted that we were doing something about it.
Some parts were immediate, like the tension she was holding started to almost melt right before our eyes. We were able to see almost instantly that her rooting reflex had improved. Then there were things that we didn't even know would be improved like she was sleeping more soundly and she went from projectile spitting up to not at all.
And now Theadora is thriving. She is just about to turn 10 months old and will be walking any day now. She is the happiest baby and she is developing at a rapid speed. I truly believe that her weekly adjustments are part of the reasons why she is developing the way she is. She beats colds and the limited fevers she has had like a beast too.” ❤️
