Shoulder pain keeping you restless?👀
Dr. Ben is going to show you 3 things you can do to sleep better due to shoulder pain!
✨Place your right arm and hand behind your back and your left hand on top of your head. Then slowly pull your head down away from your right shoulder, about 45 degrees. This stretches and elevates the pain in your tight muscle along your shoulder!
✨Bring one arm across your chest then wrap your other arm around the elbow and slowly pull to stretch. This is especially great for those driving long hours, working desk jobs, or those that sleep on their sides.
✨Bring one arm up and over shoulder down the back, then use the other hand to push the elbow down for that shoulder stretch. This is great for anyone for a nice stretch!
