Some days this looks like confidence, leadership, and momentum. Other days it looks like this: half stretched across the table, exhausted, recalibrating, figuring it out in real time.

No one really prepares you for what it takes to run something that matters to you. To lead people. To carry responsibility. To make decisions when you’re tired, overwhelmed, and still expected to show up at your best.

And to do it as a woman… with expectations to be soft, but strong; understanding, but decisive; approachable, but respected.

It’s a constant balance that doesn’t really exist. It’s not “having it all together”—it’s choosing to keep going anyway.

I wear a lot of hats.
Business owner.
Leader.
Doctor.
Problem-solver.
Vision-holder.

And somehow in the middle of all of that… I still get to do what I love every single day—helping people move better, feel better, and take their health back.

That part never gets lost on me.

This isn’t easy. But it’s mine.

👉🏽 And I’m building something that’s bigger than the hard days.

If you’re in a season where it feels heavy… you’re not off track. You’re just in it.💕

And that’s where the growth happens.💪🏽

If you’re ready to take ownership of your health the same way— you know where to find me.

Protein isn’t just about muscle. It’s about whether your body actually responds to the work you’re putting in.

You can train hard, stay consistent, and still feel stuck… because you’re under-fueling the one thing that drives recovery, metabolism, and change.

Most people don’t have a discipline problem.
👉🏽They have a protein problem.

Fix that first—everything else starts to click. 🙌🏾

If you’re not hitting your protein, your results will always feel harder than they should.

My go-to ways to actually hit protein without overcomplicating it:
• Greek yogurt (easy, high protein, low effort)
• Oikos protein drinks (quick when you’re on the go)
• Eggs (cheap, versatile, consistent)
• Steak (high-quality protein + actually filling)
• Tuna / tuna steaks (lean, underrated, easy to prep)
• Cottage cheese (quietly one of the highest protein foods)
• Ground turkey or chicken (simple meal prep staple)
• Salmon (protein + healthy fats = recovery win)
• Bone broth (sneaky add-in for extra protein + gut support)
• Almonds (not the highest, but easy to stack into your day)

If you’re training and not seeing the return—this is where I’d look first.

Some days feel overwhelming.

Running a business.
Taking care of people.
Trying to take care of myself.

And still showing up.

No perfection today—just consistency.

If it keeps coming back…
it was never actually fixed.

Most people aren’t dealing with “bad luck” pain—they’re dealing with something that was never fully corrected.

That’s where we do things differently at our office.

Less temporary relief.
More real solutions.

DM me when you’re ready to fix it. ❤️Dr. Jess

This is me.

And if I’m being honest… I built a life where I could handle everything.

From the outside? It looks like control. Success. Composure.

But what most people don’t realize is this:
I wasn’t overwhelmed because I had too much to do. I was overwhelmed because everything lived in my head. No structure. No clear systems. Just constant mental tabs open.

That’s where everything changed.

I didn’t need more motivation. I needed organization.

Real, strategic, no-BS organization —of my time, my priorities, my boundaries, and how I made decisions.

And I didn’t figure that out alone.

I invested in someone who could see the gaps, simplify what I was overcomplicating, and hold me accountable to a higher standard.

That’s exactly what I do now.

I help high-performing women (and men) get out of their headand into clear, organized ex*****on.

Not color-coded planners and perfect routines.
👉 Systems that actually work in real life.
👉 Structure that removes the mental chaos.
👉 Standards that make decisions easier.

Because when your life is organized at the right level, everything else gets lighter. Clearer. More powerful.

I still use coaching (as well as leaning on a handful of people I really trust in my life). Because staying sharp, structured, and intentional isn’t accidental.

So if you’re “handling everything” but still feel scattered… that’s your sign.

Comment “LEVEL UP” or DM me if you’re ready to get organized the right way.

Did you know chiropractic care can actually help shoulder pain?

Not just “crack it and hope.” We’re talking real sports rehab.

Most shoulder issues I see aren’t random. They’re old injuries that were never fully restored—that rotator cuff strain from college—that tweak from lifting wrong—that “I’ll just rest it” phase that never actually rehabbed anything

Your body adapts.
It compensates.
It gets you through.

Until one day… it doesn’t.

Now it’s tight, weak, unstable, or painful overhead—and you think it “just showed up.”

👉🏽It didn’t.

At our clinic, we don’t chase symptoms. We break down movement, stability, and mechanics so your shoulder actually functions like it’s supposed to.

Because if you train like an athlete, you should be treated like one.

If your shoulder has been “off” for a while… that’s your sign. Let’s fix what’s actually causing it.

Most people are still scared of fat… while also wondering why their “healthy diet” isn’t working.

Here’s a simple example:
Tomatoes contain lycopene — a powerful antioxidant.
But your body doesn’t absorb it well on its own.

👉 Add healthy fat (like avocado, olive oil, nuts)
→ absorption goes way up

That’s not a hack. That’s just how your body works.

The problem is… people are eating:
• dry salads
• low-fat everything
• “clean” meals with no balance

…and expecting optimal health. 👉🏽 It doesn’t work like that.

Your body needs fat to:
• absorb nutrients
• support hormones
• fuel your brain
• create antioxidants (to help fight cancer cells)
• actually USE the food you’re eating

So no — fat isn’t the problem. 👉🏽 Lack of understanding is.

Start simple:
• Add olive oil to your veggies
• Eat whole foods, not just low-calorie foods
• Stop fearing the things your body actually requires

If you’re trying to eat healthier but feel stuck, it’s usually not effort — it’s strategy.

Everyone wants a stronger back… but most people are just doing aggressive bicep curls on a machine.

If you actually want a back that looks powerful and performs:
– Stop yanking the bar
– Set your chest BEFORE you pull
– Think elbows to your back pockets
– Control the way up (this is where growth happens)

Your lats don’t care how heavy you go. They care if you’re actually using them. This is the difference between working out and actually building a body that performs.

If you train like this consistently… you don’t just look different — you move different.

If you want to move with intention (and stop wasting reps), follow along or come work with me.

Dumbbell deadlifts are one of the most underrated ways to bulletproof your body.

This isn’t about lifting heavy for ego — it’s about learning how to hinge properly so your spine isn’t taking the hit every time you pick something up in real life.

When done right, this builds:
• posterior chain strength (glutes + hamstrings)
• core stability that actually protects your low back
• movement patterns that carry over into EVERYTHING

Most low back pain I see isn’t from one big injury. It’s from years of poor movement stacked on top of each other.

If you can’t hinge, you compensate.
If you compensate, something eventually pays for it.

Train it now… or rehab it later.

If your low back gets tight when you lift, it’s not “normal.” DM me “HINGE” — I’ll show you how to fix it.
