Why am I a morning person?

A big thing I learned in my “30+ years” is that you need to find when you are most productive and capitalize on that. For me, that time is early mornings: I workout, watch the sun come up with a hot cup of coffee, and I plan my day/week. On days with extra time, I read a book. After that, I am more valuable to my patients and am 100% more productive in my day. My day is regimented so that my evenings can be relaxing, and I can sleep at a reasonable time.
