Most of us fall somewhere in between the extremes, but the ways that stress can manifest in the body can be quite scary. As a licensed therapist, I’m not immune to the same stresses and I do get asked how I handle stress given the amount of hours I spend each day with couples that aren’t exactly exuding positive energy.
