Even with predicted decreases in home inventory during the summer, buyers searching homes in Naples will enjoy more options this summer than any summer in the last 10 years, according to the June 2025 market report by the Naples Area Board of REALTORS. Inventory increased 18.2% to 5,885 homes from 4,978 homes in June 2024. One of the highlights lately has been our Travel Series through the National Parks—a virtual journey that’s taken us from the Grand Canyon to Acadia, all from the comfort of home. The stories, photos, and shared memories have been incredible. 🏞️✨
