Sharing Blog post from our website, will try and do this weekly so no one misses and new updates.
Happy Thanksgiving!!
We missed last week and have jumped right into holiday season. We struggled with website and internet issues over the past two weeks. Thankfully we are all up and running again, thanks to the help of Brett, with FieldForce Systems, who has got everything back in working order. For the month of November, we were running a $59 sick visit special, and since this was kept pretty quiet due to our web issues we will be expanding it into December as well. Remember the holidays are time to enjoy spending time with our friends and families, so try not to stress out over little things that no one will notice. Also, this time of year not everyone has friends and family nearby. If you have a neighbor or coworker that you suspect might be alone on the holiday, please reach out and welcome them into your gathering if you are able. Holidays can be tough for people who are alone. Thanksgiving dinner makes it very difficult for those who are trying to eat healthy, I have included a Pumpkin Mousse recipe that I got from Weight Watchers, with 65 calories per serving it won’t make you feel like you must say no to dessert.
Skinny WW Pumpkin Mousse Fluff
1 pkg (4-serving size) fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla or butterscotch pudding mix
¾ cup skim milk
1 15oz can pumpkin puree
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups fat free whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip or Tru-Whip)
In a large bowl, whisk together the pudding mix, milk, and pumpkin pie spice until well blended. Gently fold in the whipped topping, one third at a time. Pour mixture into small serving dishes. Chill for at least 30 minutes. You can garnish with gingersnap or graham cracker crumbs.
