Vegan nut Alfredo!!!
Super clean easy to make and only a few ingredients!! it’s a great substitute for actual Alfredo sauce. It taste so yummy and you can pair it with just about any dinner last night I had it with some left over cod brown rice and green peas.
Recipe & Instructions I soaked some cashews in boiling water all day.
I just let them sit while I went out.
Then I drained and then threw them in the blender with some coconut milk, onion powder, garlic powder, garlic parsley seasoning, salt, and pepper, and you can add olive oil if you want to💚 blend it up then threw it in silicone mold and then ziplocked it after it was frozen for easier storage and wala creamy yummy nut alfredo 🥹
I got my bag of nuts from Costco Kirkland organic mix nuts with cashews, almonds, pistachios, and pecans.
Cashews: Contain copper, which may help create energy and maintain the nervous and immune systems, as well as iron and zinc. Cashews may also contribute to bone health.
Almonds: Low in calories, almonds are a good source of protein, fiber, vitamins, and minerals, including magnesium and vitamin E. They may promote heart health, weight management, and skin health.

Pistachios: Contain nutrients, protein, fiber, and antioxidants.
Nuts are an important food source of minerals such as copper and magnesium. These two minerals may be protective against coronary heart disease!! Nuts are also fairly high in potassium, particularly pistachio and cashew nuts
