Omg you guys I found lentil pasta!!!! 🥳🥳🥳

I recently found out that I had a wheat allergy that was contributing to my eczema flareups!! I’m so greatful to be living in a time where there are so many different options!!

😋

I boiled it with olive oil and then left it in the water after it was done cooking for like 10-15mins and it got nice and soft
Then I threw it on the stove with melted vegan butter
Olive oil
Salt
pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Fav tomato sauce of choice
(Or you can make your sauce from scratch crazy easy just more time consuming) I’ll make a sauce from scratch this week and give you a recipe for that one when I do :)
Then I microwaved some frozen peas and carrots
(I don’t buy the one with the corn lol and I usually don’t use the microwave much because of the radiation It puts off, but I did this time. lmao you could take the frozen veggies put them in a pan with water and steam them that way it’s just time consuming haha)
And then I throw those in because I like to eat the rainbow in the day and
wala veggie pasta I had a huge bowl for lunch with zay 🤤🤤🤤

Vegan Black bean brownies y’all!!!! 👁️
😍😍😍

So good and you can eat them whenever you want without feeling bloated!!! Occasionally eat them for breakfast with coconut nicecream 😂

Preheat that oven!! 350F
Toss all ingredients in to blender or food processor (I use blender)
1 can black beans thoroughly rinsed and drained
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 cup quick oats(blended oats)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2cup pure honey, or agave or maple syrup
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder

Pour half into muffin tin/cupcake sheet
Add chocolate chips
Then pour rest of batter adding chocolate chips on top 🤤🤤
1/2 cup to 2/3 cup chocolate chips But that’s your business 😂

Cook 15-18mins let cool for 10mins

Pair with your favorite vegan ice cream
And enjoy!!! 🤤🤤🤤

This post is more for the moms that are going through first trimester sickness or all day sickness HG just trying to make it day by day without barfing on/around everyone 😅🤢

Zayda had a different opinion while she was inutero 😩
🤮🤮my whole dinner came back up as soon as I got done eating.. leaving me crying, fustrated and annoyed. All I wanted to do was eat my veggies in peace 🙄🙄
but zay had different preferences on food. This meal is what made me realize I had to start incorporating more meat/iron rich foods in my diet!!

I finally worked my way to being a full blown veggitarian for a whole year before I was pregnant! How was I supposed to start eating meat again after not eating it in 3 years???? I finally figured it out.. I would compromise a meat for a veggie and I would just eat both!! That was the only way I could keep anything down🤩🤩

As soon as I figured that out my eating struggles were close to over and I could finally begin to enjoy my pregnancy without having a toilet for a pillow. 🚽🧻🤢🤮😅

I also made sure to always have snacks that could hold me over till it was time to eat. So even if I felt the slightest nauseous I would shovel a hand full of snacks to get me through.

But no matter what your eating struggle is mama you will find what works for you and your baby!! And once you find the perfect routine it’ll become a breeze!!! Just keep compromising and get snacking!!! ✨✨✨

Snack time!!! These are some great quick grab snacks that are healthy options and delicious 🤤 😋
I got this wrap from Publix at the sushi station!!! It’s all veggies wrapped up tight in soft rice paper 🤤😍😍 their sushi is surprisingly pretty good!! But being pregnant I didn’t want to find out what that sushi tasted like coming back up 🤣🤣

Here are some 🍌 benefits during pregnancy!!


Reduce nausea and morning sickness. Bananas are loaded full of B vitamins, particularly vitamin B6. This vitamin is in most anti-nausea meds that pregnant women take if they’re struggling with nausea and vomiting. Sometimes, if your morning sickness is fairly mild, adding a banana or 2 to your diet can do the trick.

Help with pregnancy anemia.
Many pregnant women struggle with low iron levels and/or anemia. Eating bananas can help boost those iron levels. However, sometimes it’s still necessary to add an iron supplement.

Provide folic acid.
Folic acid Is extremely important for a baby’s growth and development. While all expectant mothers should take a daily prenatal vitamin containing folic acid, bananas can also provide some of this much-needed nutrient to your diet.
Help with digestive health.

High in fiber, which is an essential nutrient for good digestion.

Aid in baby’s brain development.
Vitamin B6, iron and folic acid are all important nutrients that a baby needs for healthy brain and nerve development. Since bananas have all 3 of these, it a win win win!!
