Sweet tooth alert! π° Today, weβre spotlighting a crowd favorite β German Chocolate Cake! Coconut, pecan, and chocolatey goodness make this treat a must-have at Solaris today. Whoβs ready to bake?
Ingredients:
1- 15.25-ounce package German chocolate cake mix
1 cup buttermilk
Β½ cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Coconut-Almond Frosting
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350ΒΊ. Mix the cake mix, buttermilk, oil, eggs, and vanilla on low speed for one minute, then at medium speed for two minutes more.
2. Pour the batter into a greased and floured 13 x 9 baking dish. Bake for 38β42 minutes until the cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool completely before frosting.
