We’ve got an important update to share 🤍

Our business name has officially changed from Holistic Harmony to Natural Harmony.

This change was made to clearly distinguish our practice from other businesses with similar names, helping both current and future clients avoid any confusion when finding or referring to us.

More importantly, Natural Harmony better reflects who we are and what we offer—rooted, intentional care that supports your body’s natural ability to return to balance.

While our name has evolved, our mission and commitment to you remain exactly the same.

Thank you for being part of this journey with us—we’re so grateful for your continued support.

With gratitude,
Natural Harmony 🌿

Around December 26th, we have received multiple phone calls regarding unauthorized charges made from Holistic Harmony, Longview WA to people that are not our registered clients. It seems there are ads selling herbs/kratom pills using our name, potentially impersonating us in social media. Please note, we don't sell retail products online nor we would ask for credit/debit cards.

We recommend that all the victims file a dispute directly with their credit/debit cards.

We have reported this incidence with the government agencies Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) and Federal Trade Commission and are in the process of reporting this with Meta as well.

Your health begins with what you eat, and knowing how to read ingredient labels is key to making better choices. 🌿

Ingredients Are Listed by Quantity
The first ingredient is what the product contains most. Keep it simple—avoid foods loaded with sugar or additives at the top.

Stick to Real Ingredients
If you can’t recognize it as food, don’t eat it! Choose options that are close to nature for better health and wellness.

Follow These 7 Simple Rules from The Pantry Principle
Ask yourself these questions when scanning the label:
1) Do you have to look it up?
2) Does it have a number?
3) Does it have four or more syllables?
4) Is it unpronounceable?
5) Does it end in -ate?
6) Is it “enriched”?
7) Is it in all capital letters without real words?

If you answered yes to any of these, don’t eat it!

💡Holistic Tip: Always opt for whole, natural ingredients as much as possible. Your body will thank you for it!

Feeling overwhelmed by the many egg options at the store? Let’s break it down and find the healthiest choice for you!

Best Option: Pasture-Raised Eggs
Pasture-raised hens roam freely outdoors, enjoying a natural diet of grasses, seeds, insects, and earthworms. This results in eggs packed with B12, folic acid, omega-3s, and less fat and cholesterol—making them the most nutritious option.

🔎 Other Labels, Explained:
1️⃣ Regular: Hens live in small cages, no outdoor access, and are often debeaked.
2️⃣ Vegetarian Fed: Similar to regular, but hens are fed a vegetarian diet (no bugs).
3️⃣ Certified Organic: Hens are uncaged and fed organic feed but may lack outdoor access.
4️⃣ Cage-Free: Hens are uncaged but often confined indoors. Debeaking is allowed.
5️⃣ Free Range: Some outdoor access, but debeaking is still common.
6️⃣ Natural: Misleading label with no oversight—usually like regular eggs.
7️⃣ Omega-3 Enriched: Hens are fed omega-3-rich diets but often raised like regular eggs.

💡 Tip: When possible, buy pasture-raised eggs directly from a trusted farmer to ensure quality and humane practices.
