This Pear & Blueberry Crumble brings flavor and fiber to your plate — a sweet way to support your nutrition goals. Fiber-rich foods like this may also help reduce cancer risk and support healthy recovery.

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2. Mix pears, blueberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice; spread in a greased dish.
3. In another bowl, combine flour, flaxseeds, oats, almonds, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix in butter until crumbly.
4. Sprinkle oat mixture over fruit.
