Fun fact — dietary fiber is considered indigestible for humans. Because fiber isn’t broken down into glucose like other carbs, it doesn’t contribute to quick blood sugar rises.

• Soluble fiber (oats, beans, apples)
• Insoluble fiber (veggies, seeds, whole grains)

Fiber also feeds the good bacteria in your gut, supporting immunity, mood, and digestion.
