Debbie brought her brave foot forward- straight into the 58° plunge! ❄️😅

It’s been an exciting week watching our instructors and members dive (sometimes one toe at a time) into something new. We’re so grateful for everyone helping us integrate these new offerings into the HYN community experience! The sauna and cold plunge are beautiful complements to the yoga practice- strengthening the body’s resilience and recovery, alongside the mind’s focus and calm.

We’re finalizing membership options for both students and wellness friends who want to add contrast therapy into their routines.

Let’s see how many more Floridians get cold!!! 💙
