Hoops & Hops at Naples Elementary!
We were honored to have Dr. Robert Ostrander attend a ceremony where students proudly presented a $510 check raised through their Hoops & Hops fundraiser for Hospeace House.
Thanks to the Wildflower Foundation’s dollar-for-dollar match, their amazing effort will turn into $1,020 in support of care for our residents and families.
We’re so grateful to the students, staff, and families who made this possible - our community rocks!

Hospeace House is Hiring!
We’re seeking a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team and help support residents and families during life’s final chapter.
What We Offer:
• No weekends.
• Flexible weekday schedule (on-site approx. 4 hours/day)
• Part-time role, up to $45,000/year with PTO
About the Role:
The Care Coordinator provides oversight of resident care, completes admissions, supports families and collaborates with our Director of Operations, hospice agencies, per diem nurses, volunteers and paid staff. This leadership role ensures comfort, dignity, and quality of life for every resident who enters our home.
Who We're Looking For:
• Active NYS RN, LPN, EMT, or Paramedic
• 5+ years of medical experience (hospice/home care preferred)
• Strong communication & leadership skills
• Hands-on care experience and comfort with medication administration

Throughout October, their amazing “Give Back” initiative brought in an incredible amount of donations for Hospeace House — from household items to comfort supplies and everything in between.
We are so grateful to the Library team for organizing this thoughtful community effort, and to every neighbor who contributed. 🙏 Your generosity helps us continue providing compassionate end-of-life care, right here at home.
