This exercise may look simple, but itâs incredibly specific!
Weâre using complex (not linear) movements on the right side of her body to stimulate her right cerebellum which controls coordination, timing and balance. At the same time, this also connects to her left frontal cortex which is where focus, planning and behavior are controlled.
Instead of just working muscles, weâre intentionally working to strengthen pathways in the brain.
