Something people may not know about me is I am a huge crime show ju**ie. Anything that involves crime solving, law, mystery is right up my alley.
There has always been a special place in my heart for the older population. Fun fact ✨ I once planned, directed & choreographed a Talent Show for the local Assisted Living Community in the neighborhood where I grew up. Thinking back I guess it all makes sense now… it was just a step in the path to where I am now.
Something that sets me apart from others is my ability to listen and communicate clearly. My midwestern Missouri upbringing shaped me into being extremely down to earth, humble & compassionate. All of those traits mixed with my knowledge of the SWFL Real Estate market made making my focus on the Senior population a no brainer 💜”

“Hi 👋🏼 I’m Katie! Some fun facts about me.. Well, growing up as the youngest daughter of three girls, I was definitely the fun loving free spirit of the family. This often includes being the brunt of the joke because even I appreciate a good laugh at my expense. My family moved around the country a lot while I was growing up. This was the perfect opportunity to go camping all over, and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Fast forward to my adult life.. I'm the proud momma of two teenagers who keep me very busy. Our family has continued the tradition of staying active and never stop learning and growing. I love volunteering at the Baker Senior Center a couple times a month. These active seniors are a true inspiration and I love being part of it! Something a lot of people don't know about me is that I'm a closet singer. I belt out some strong vocals when I'm alone but have stage fright to sing in front of others. (did I just say that outloud)? The irony is that I come from a family of musicians who play locally and record amazing original songs. If you ever see me sing on stage, rest assure that I'm facing my fears! On a professional note, working with people has always brought me joy! I love getting to the root of an issue through communication. There is an artform of listening to clients and problem solving that I will always welcome. What else would you like to know? 🤔 I’m here for it.. “
