Inhale.... Exhale 🫁
Do that again. Inhale,
breathe into your heart, and exhale, relax... ahhhh.
Doing this check-in often can relieve, open and expand the mind-body. And the more often we do it, the better.
We flood our body with oxygen, and free energy that can often remain repressed or obstructed. Cultures around the world have traditionally turned to breath, plants and foods, that have greatly assisted with stress, anxiety, x insomnia, and more. Now studies confirm that by just BEING in nature, and breathing, we already reduce stress.
It is so important that we use these tools that were naturally wired with, before we succumb to less sustainable sources that provide temporary relief.
Let’s not forget that our native and biological connection to plants, Mother Nature, can provide so much healing to our wellbeing.
